Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Radic Advertising Technology Private Limited ("Radic", "we", "us", "our") operates an AI-powered ad creative platform available at radic.ai. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your data. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our website, platform, and services, including users onboarded during our beta programme.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, company name, and job title provided during sign-up or communication.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on the platform, and features accessed.
- Brand Data: Brand URLs, brand guidelines, audience personas, competitor information, and any brand assets you upload or enter into the platform.
- Ad Account Data: Campaign metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions) and creative assets retrieved through APIs from linked ad platforms (Meta and Google Ads) with your explicit consent. Where you connect a client's ad account on behalf of that client, you confirm you have obtained all necessary authorisations from that client to share their data with Radic.
- Publicly Available Data: Data fetched from publicly accessible sources including brand websites, Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Centre, open web sources (news, blogs), and public forums (Reddit, Quora, review sites) as part of the Brand Fetch process when you provide a brand URL. Radic also fetches and stores publicly available competitor brand data to provide competitive context within the platform. This competitor data is used solely to deliver the service to you and is not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
Note: Radic does not collect personal data about your clients' end consumers. If you connect a client ad account, Radic processes that account's aggregated performance metrics only, not individual consumer data.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Deliver and personalise our services, including AI-powered ad creative generation.
- Populate and enrich your Thinkbox (brand intelligence layer) with context required for creative generation.
- Consolidate cross-platform advertising performance reporting.
- Analyse user behaviour for product improvements.
- Communicate product updates, feature releases, or support information (you may opt out of marketing communications at any time).
- Comply with applicable legal and security requirements.
4. Data Sharing & Sub-processors
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients:
- AI Providers: We use third-party AI providers to power our reasoning and creative strategy layer, and for AI image generation. Brand context, campaign briefs, and creative inputs are processed by these providers as part of service delivery. All AI providers are bound by data processing agreements.
- Infrastructure & Hosting: We use third-party cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication, and storage services. Our primary infrastructure is hosted in the United States. By using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. We ensure such transfers are protected by appropriate contractual safeguards.
- Payments: Payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store card or payment credentials directly.
- Ad Platform APIs: Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API are used to retrieve your ad account performance data and to display competitor ads from Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Centre. This access is granted only with your explicit consent.
- Legal Authorities: We may disclose data when required by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
We review our sub-processors periodically and may update the list as our technology stack evolves. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.
Where you use Radic as an agency on behalf of client brands, Radic processes data only on your instruction as the account holder. Radic has no direct data relationship with your clients and acts solely as a sub-processor on your behalf. It is your responsibility as the agency to ensure you have the appropriate legal basis to submit your clients' brand data to Radic for processing.
5. AI Model Training
As of the date of this policy, Radic does not use your brand data, campaign inputs, or generated creatives to train or fine-tune AI models. If this practice changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify you in advance, providing an opportunity to opt out before any such use begins.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and platform. Cookies are categorised as follows:
- Essential Cookies: Required for core platform functionality including login sessions, authentication, and security. These cookies are set automatically and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies: Used to understand how users interact with the platform, measure feature usage, and improve the product experience. These require your consent where required by law.
- Marketing Cookies: We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies on radic.ai. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Where required by applicable law (including GDPR for EU/EEA users and the DPDP Act 2023 for Indian users), we present a cookie consent banner before setting non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your preferences through the cookie settings on our website.
7. Future Data Collection
Radic's product roadmap includes additional data collection capabilities that may be introduced in future phases, including a first-party conversion pixel that brands may optionally install on their websites. If and when such features are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated in advance and you will be notified before any new data collection begins.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Active Accounts: Personal data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide services.
